What’s included in JM Coaching?
Every membership includes fully bespoke 1:1 online coaching tailored to your goals, experience level and lifestyle.

Is this suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. We meet you at your level. We coach clients from complete beginners to advanced athletes.
You’ll get clear instructions and full support so nothing feels overwhelming. This is all about giving you the structure, accountability and confidence to move forward.
Do I need access to a gym?
No. Your programme is built entirely around your training environment. Whether you train at home, in a gym, or a mix of both, we’ll create a plan that fits your space, equipment and goals.
We’ll make it work with what you’ve got, while still delivering top-tier results.
How do the weekly check-ins work?
Each week you’ll have a check-in with your coach via phone or video call. This is where we review your progress, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust your training or nutrition if needed. These sessions are designed to keep you accountable, focused and constantly improving, with clear direction for the week ahead.
These conversations give real-time clarity and a stronger coach-client connection.
